FREE Product - Distributive Property Angry Birds
My students had a lot of problems understanding distributive property with Algebra this year. I found the concept of using Angry Birds online and created a poster and PowerPoint for a lesson. Here is the poster I used for his lesson. The poster is free from my TPT store. I will be adding the PowerPoint soon, but it will be a paid for item.

I am so glad you like my original idea so much that you created a Powerpoint presentation. I came up with it as a way to incorporate art in my math instruction.
I originally found it on Pinterest, so it's become a really popular idea! My kids had a hard time visualizing the concept. The PowerPoint had animation to it, which helped them put it all together. Thanks for sharing your idea! :-)

I believe the multiplication sign in the parenthesis in the original expression should be an addition sign, (according to the work following).
